The School Advisory Board is the policy-making body of Holy Trinity School, acting in accordance with the Archdiocesan School Board, the Parish Council Board of Education, the Pastors and school Principal. In addition to advising on policy matters, the Board identifies educational needs, establishes objectives for educational programs, develops the annual school budget, monitors conformance to budget, and formulates long-range plans.
The Board is composed of the parish pastor, the school Principal, the HSA President, and representatives from the parish. All appointed members serve a three-year term and chair committees as needed. The chairpersons of the committees are responsible for organizing regular meetings for their committee, recruiting membership, establishing objectives that support the global objectives of the Board, providing monthly updates on progress and for bringing forth proposals to the Board for consideration and approval.
